Meet Tracey
Tracey Skale, MD, is a psychiatrist with more than three decades of experience dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness. She joined Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services in 1993 and served as Chief Medical Officer for more than 20 years, treating thousands of patients while helping advance community-based mental healthcare. A respected speaker and expert in psychopharmacology, neuroscience, and diseases of the brain, Dr. Skale has devoted her career to reducing stigma, breaking down barriers to care, and treating every person with compassion and respect. In 2024, she was honored with GCBHS’s Champions of Hope Honoree Award.
Meet Paul
Paul E. Keck, Jr., MD, is Senior Consulting Psychiatrist and Founding President and CEO – Emeritus of the Lindner Center of HOPE and Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. An internationally recognized psychiatrist and researcher, Dr. Keck has conducted extensive research in bipolar disorder, depression, and clinical psychopharmacology. He has authored hundreds of scientific papers, reviews, textbook chapters, and books and has ranked among the world’s most-cited researchers in psychiatry and psychology. Throughout his career, Dr. Keck has combined clinical care, research, education, and leadership to advance the understanding and treatment of mental illness.
